When You Can Cancel Your Order
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. To cancel, please contact our customer support team promptly via email so we can assist you quickly.
Refund Process for Cancellations
For all valid cancellations, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Kindly allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
After Your Order Has Been Shipped
Once your order has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you are welcome to initiate a return after receiving the item by following the steps in our Return and Refund Policy.
Modifying Orders or Shipping Addresses
At this time, we do not support changes to the products or delivery addresses after an order is placed. If you need to make any changes, please cancel your current order (if eligible) and place a new order with the correct details.
